O serviço da Xbox Live divulgou a lista dos jogos mais jogados na Live,Call of Duty:MW 3 lídera a lista e surpresa,o segundo jogo mais jogado na Live é Minecraft,isso mesmo,Minecraft é mais jogado que o popular Call of Duty:Black Ops,que antes do Minecraft,era o segundo colocado na lista,só superado pelo seu sucessor,Call of Duty:MW3. Contudo,o vice-reinado de Minecraft pode acabar ainda este ano,mais precisamente em Novembro,por que será lançado mais um game da franquia Call  of Duty.    Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection foi confirmado para o dia 26 de Junho no console da Sony PS3. O título trará versões em alta definição de  Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles  e  Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles  em um pacote por US$ 26,99 (R$ 54), ou a partir de 17 de julho, por US$ 14,99 (R$ 30) cada. Os títulos que eram anteriormente exclusivos para o Nintendo Wii,ambos os jogos tiveram os gráficos melhorados para o PS3 e também foram adicionados os sistemas de troféus e o controle de movimento do console,o PS Move. Essas séries paralelas do Wii ficou conhecida por complementar a história principal,por exemplo,   a queda da Umbrella ou o início da rivalidade entre Krauser e Leon S. Kennedy, protagonista de  Resident Evil 2 ,  4  e  6 .

CD Projekt, the critically-acclaimed creators of The Witcher computer game franchise, have announced that they are working on a game based on Cyberpunk , the well-regarded 1980s pen-and-paper RPG (which is still going strong today). Their approach to the game sounds similar to that of The Witcher , with emphasis on making a 'mature game' for adult gamers with strong RPG mechanics. The current version of Cyberpunk is set in the 2020s and depicts the world as a dystopia, with implants and computer technology being used for nefarious purposes by corporations and criminal gangs alike. The RPG is was heavily inspired by the 1980s works of William Gibson and Bruce Sterling. It was created by veteran RPG designer Mike Pondsmith with its first edition released in 1988. Really, that's not even very paraphrased. "People on the internet suggest the most boring settings," Alex Hutchinson told OXM . "The three most wanted are WWII, feudal Japan and Egypt. They're kind of the three worst settings for an AC game." Assassin's Creed 3 writer Corey May really wants to do India, and Hutchinson agrees, saying "I would too. I'd really love to do the Raj." The moral of the story is: Don't expect an Assassin's Creed title in WWII, feudal Japan or Egypt settings, ever. Also, shut up.

This time it's personal. It may be one of the worst taglines ever, but for Hitman: Absolution , it's an apt summary of a demo given to me in San Francisco last week. This time around, Agent 47 isn't accepting contract kills -- he's on his own mission. Hitman: Absolution (1/11/2012) This decision gives IO Interactive a unique opportunity not afforded to the developer before, lead producer Hakan Abrak said. "Agent 47 makes the call," Abrak said. "He decides what the next step is. The mission and the story was progressing through the contracts before, but in Absolution there are no contracts. He needs to figure out what the next steps are and that really gives us an interesting way of progressing story. Also it gives us an opportunity to get you guys closer to Agent 47." Square Enix Europe has filed a trademark for Hitman: Profession . Siliconera dug up the paperwork, which gives us very little information beyond a name and the potential for hours of speculation on what it means. The most obvious guess would be it's the name of the new Hitman game, in production under IO supervision at the Square Enix studio in Montreal . Considering Hitman: Absolution won't be ready until sometime in 2012, it'd be surprising if Square had already filed trademarks on the next installment. Hitman: Profession could also be some kind of transmedia tie-in, mimicing Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed model and creating experiences -- loosely tied to the core game -- covering comics , iOS and Facebook .   Turns out yesterday's Hitman Absolution tease , which featured a bunch of Kasumi Goto silhouettes, was actually showing off the naughty nuns from the clip above. Using only a minuscule amount of his silent assassin repertoire, Agent 47 takes out an ICA (his former employer) hit squad, known as "The Saints," in brutal fashion. Those looking for something a little less up-close-and-personal can pre-order Hitman: Absolution now from GameStop and obtain the Hitman: Sniper Challenge as a bonus. 'Hitman: Sniper Challenge' spotted in magazine ad; spinoff game is Absolution pre-order bonus A scan of a magazine ad reportedly from Game Informer reveals "Hitman: Sniper Challenge," a downloadable game featuring one "replayable sniper mission," with an emphasis on score. Those scores will likely tie into a contest, as the ad touts "Awesome Prize Packages for Top Snipers." The game is advertised as a pre-order bonus for Hitman: Absolution at GameStop, where it will be handed out when you pre-order. It comes with a sniper rifle item for Absolution as well, the code for which will be given out when you pick up the retail game.

      The bald and bar-coded Agent 47 isn't the only character in Hitman: Absolution , you know. The latest trailers introduce us to Benjamin Travis and Jade – members of 47's employer, "The Agency" – and the actors who play them.

Hitman: Absolution gets a well-dressed 'Professional Edition' [update: EU and NA Don't get too excited – we thought the image above revealed some kind of replica gun in a cool briefcase as part of the Hitman: Absolution "Professional Edition," but it's actually bonus in-game DLC. O game GTA V ainda  não  tem data de lançamento,mas segundo o analista Sterne Agee,afirma que nos Estados Unidos,o game deve ser lançado no primeiro trimestre de 2013 e deve vender 14 milhões de cópias em seu lançamento. O game levaria para o bolso da Take-Two mais de US$700 milhões.Em comparação a Call Of Duty:MW3,o game mais vendido dos últimos anos,faturou US$ 775 milhões para a Activision Blizzard nos primeiros cinco dias de lançamento. GTA IV,o antecessor de GTA V,vendeu 22 milhões de cópias no mundo inteiro  desde quando foi lançado em 2008.

A  Capcom  revelou a boxart oficial de  Resident Evil 6  em sua conta no Twitter, afirmando que, como ainda faltam 130 dias para o lançamento do jogo, ver a caixa iria animar mais ainda os fãs do game. O jogo está marcado para sair em 2 de outubro deste ano. O GTA V terá ao menos 98 veículos diferentes,entre eles estão 48 carros,5 motos,10 helicópteros,1 avião,25 barcos e 9 trens,o arquivo onde foi encontrado a lista de veículos para o game ainda dá abertura para inclusão de bicicletas,barcos de pesca,metrôs e um tanque de guerra,fazendo com que o resultado final da lista passe de 100 veículos.  A Rockstar afirmou que o game será o mais ambicioso já produzido pela empresa,o game ainda não tem data de lançamento fixada e irá se passar na cidade de Los Santos,que fica em San Andreas,o local que abrigou uma versão do jogo lançada em 2004 e até hooje a mais vendida.  O personagem principal é um criminoso que está tentando se aposentar da vida fora da lei.Mais não consegue.  O game ainda não tem data de lançamento fixada e deve chegar para os principais consoles.

Podemos defini-lo como um épico que a Nintendo conseguiu produzir para caber nas suas mãos. A origem desse sucesso remonta a década de 80, mais precisamente o ano de 1986, sob a tutela de Gunpey Yokoi. Tratava-se de um jogo de plataforma, no qual o personagem Pit deveria ajudar  a Deusa palutena, que governava a Angel Land a ser libertar de da prisão feita por Medusa após um ataque em seu palácio, além de ter que resgatar os 3 tesouros da deusa que ajudariam a derrotar a inimiga. Era um jogo divertido e com enredo interessante, porém surgiu na mesma época de Metroid, Mario e Zelda o que facilmente esconderia esse jogo num cantinho. Houve posteriormente uma versão para gameboy, mas também nada que promovesse grande alarde. Pit só retornaria com uma aparição em Super Smash B...
